All efforts by our super falconets to replicate their wins up to this stage were dashed as the United States got goals from Morgan Brian and Kealia Ohai to beat Nigeria 2-0 on today and advance to the final of the women's under-20 World Cup for the third time.



The American coach, Swanson confessed that it was not an easy game and was very physical. The Americans, who won the tournament in 2002 and 2008, will face the defending champion Germany in Saturday's final.

Nigeria would have to settle for a third place struggle with the host country, Japan

    Nigeria never goes far in most of this competitions , I don't know why. When we were going up I knew Nigeria as a football nation. Things are different now. Only this females make us proud nowadays. Congrats to the girls all the same
